The intrinsically safe X603 tilt sensor is ATEX and IECEx approved for use in hazardous gas and vapour environments. It is designed for industrial and scientific feedback applications and provides a linear output proportional to the angle of deflection.

The sensor is calibrated to a customer-specified measurement range between 15 and 160 degrees and includes full EMC protection.

A machined registration mark identifies the calibrated midpoint for accurate positioning.

The rugged stainless steel body with anodised aluminum mounting flange provides durability and easy installation with adjustable slots.

The sensor connects via a 4-pin M12 connector, features IP67 sealing, and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
