The intrinsically safe M603 is ATEX and IECEx approved for use in explosive gas, vapour, dust, and mining environments. It is designed for industrial and scientific feedback applications requiring reliable performance in hazardous areas.

The sensor is calibrated to customer-specified rotation angles from 15° to 160° and provides a linear output proportional to angular deflection, with integrated EMC protection.

A machined registration mark identifies the calibrated midpoint for accurate alignment.

The rugged stainless steel body includes a mounting flange with slotted holes for easy adjustment and a 4-pin M12 connector with limited rotation for flexible cable routing.

Environmental sealing is rated to IP67 and the sensor operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs and cable lengths up to 1 km.
