The intrinsically safe H603 tilt sensor is CSA approved for use in hazardous gas, vapour, and dust environments. It is designed for industrial and scientific feedback applications and provides a linear output proportional to the angle of deflection.

The sensor is calibrated to a customer-specified measurement range between 15 and 160 degrees and includes full EMC protection.

A machined registration mark identifies the calibrated midpoint for accurate installation.

The rugged stainless steel body features a mounting flange with adjustable slots for simplified alignment.

The sensor uses a 4-pin M12 connector, offers IP67 sealing, and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
