The intrinsically safe H500 rotary sensor is CSA approved for use in potentially explosive dust atmospheres and is designed for demanding industrial and scientific feedback applications. It is ideal for OEMs requiring reliable sensor performance in hazardous environments.

The H500 is calibrated to a customer-specified rotation angle between 16 and 160 degrees and provides a linear output proportional to rotation, with a machined registration mark indicating the calibrated midpoint.

The sensor delivers excellent repeatability and stability across a wide temperature range and features a rugged stainless-steel body and shaft for long service life.

Flange or servo mounting options simplify installation, while environmental sealing is rated to IP67. The sensor is designed for use with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs with cable runs up to 1 km.
