The intrinsically safe 10 bar M114 is ATEX and IECEx approved and designed as an affordable, durable, and high-accuracy position sensor for hazardous environments.

Like all Positek sensors, the M114 provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to the customer’s required travel from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm with integrated EMC protection.

Derived from the popular M101, the sensor features a stainless steel body and push rod for long service life and strong environmental resistance.

The design allows full submersion in water up to 10 bar pressure while maintaining reliable sensor performance.

The M114 operates with Positek X005 galvanically isolated amplifiers supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs, with cable lengths up to 1 km between the sensor and amplifier.
