The intrinsically safe G103 linear position sensor is CSA approved for use in hazardous gas and vapour environments. It features a compact short-body design and provides a linear output proportional to displacement.

The sensor is calibrated to measurement ranges from 0–2 mm to 0–50 mm with integrated EMC protection.

A stainless steel body and plunger provide durability and reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range.

Mounting options include flange or body clamps, with plunger configurations available as free or captive with M4 female thread or spring-loaded ball end.

The sensor supports IP65 or IP67 sealing and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
