The intrinsically safe E111 linear position sensor is ATEX and IECEx approved for hazardous gas, vapour, and dust environments. It is a heavy-duty version of the E101 featuring a reinforced 12.6 mm pushrod for vibration-prone or long-travel installations.

The sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to measurement ranges from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm with integrated EMC protection.

A rugged stainless steel body and pushrod ensure durability and reliable performance across a wide temperature range.

Mounting options include rod eye bearings or body clamps with multiple pushrod end fittings available.

The sensor supports IP65 or IP67 sealing and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
