The intrinsically safe X125 is an ATEX and IECEx approved linear position sensor designed for hazardous environments requiring high-pressure sealing. It features a strong 12.6 mm push rod and is suitable for applications with vibration or long travel requirements.

The sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to a customer-specified travel range from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm, with full EMC protection included.

A rugged stainless steel body and push rod provide long service life and environmental resistance.

Installation options include stainless steel M8 rod eye bearings and body clamps, with free or captive push rod configurations available.

Environmental sealing is rated IP68 at 350 bar (5000 psi / 3500 m), and the sensor operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
