The intrinsically safe X114 is an ATEX and IECEx approved linear position sensor designed for reliable and accurate displacement measurement. It provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to a customer-specified travel range from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm.

Derived from the X101 design, the sensor is suitable for applications where it may be fully submerged in water at pressures up to 10 bar.

The X114 operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs with cable lengths up to 1 km.
