The intrinsically safe M130 is ATEX and IECEx approved for use in explosive gas, vapour, dust, and mining environments. It is designed for demanding hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder position feedback applications in hazardous areas.

The compact sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to travel ranges from 0–400 mm to 0–1485 mm with integrated EMC protection.

Performance, repeatability, and stability remain reliable across a wide temperature range.

The rugged construction includes a stainless steel body with fluoropolymer-sheathed probe and stainless steel target tube, with IP65 or IP67 sealing depending on cable or connector options.

The M130 operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek X005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs with cable lengths up to 1 km.
