The LINARIX LD0-C draw wire sensor measures linear motion by extending a stainless steel wire that rotates an internal encoder to produce a proportional position output. The spring-loaded wire drum automatically retracts the cable into the housing.

Measurement ranges from the LINARIX series extend from 1 m to 30 m (3–98 ft).

The system supports multiple industrial output interfaces including analog, digital, incremental, and absolute signals.
