The intrinsically safe H115 is a heavy-duty CSA approved version of the H114 position sensor, featuring a stronger 12.6 mm push rod for applications with vibration or long travel requirements. It is designed for reliable, high-accuracy displacement measurement with IP68 sealing up to 10 bar.

The sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to a customer-specified travel range from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm, with full EMC protection included.

A rugged stainless steel body and push rod ensure long service life and strong environmental resistance.

Installation options include stainless steel M8 rod eye bearings and body clamps, with free or captive push rod configurations available.

The H115 operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs with cable lengths up to 1 km.
