The intrinsically safe H111 linear position sensor is CSA approved for use in hazardous gas, vapour, and dust environments. It is a heavy-duty version of the H101 with a reinforced 12.6 mm pushrod designed for vibration-prone or long-travel installations.

The sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to measurement ranges from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm with integrated EMC protection.

A rugged stainless steel body and pushrod ensure durability and reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range.

Mounting options include rod eye bearings or body clamps with pushrod configurations available as free or captive with multiple end fittings.

The sensor supports IP65 or IP67 sealing and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
