The intrinsically safe H103 is CSA approved for use in explosive gas, vapour, and dust environments.

It is designed for industrial applications requiring a compact short-bodied sensor for reliable operation in hazardous areas.

The sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to travel ranges from 0–2 mm to 0–50 mm with built-in EMC protection.

A rugged stainless steel body and plunger ensure durability, with mounting options including flange or body clamps.

The H103 operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005, offering 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs, IP65/IP67 sealing, and cable lengths up to 1 km.
