The intrinsically safe G114 is a CSA approved linear position sensor designed for accurate and reliable displacement measurement. It provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to a customer-specified travel range from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm.

Derived from the G101 design, the sensor is suitable for applications where it may be fully submerged in water at pressures up to 10 bar.

The rugged stainless steel body and push rod ensure long service life and strong environmental resistance.

Full EMC protection is included for stable performance in demanding environments.

The G114 operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005, supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs with cable lengths up to 1 km.
