The intrinsically safe G112 linear position sensor is CSA approved for use in hazardous gas and vapour environments. It provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to a measurement range from 0–5 mm to 0–50 mm.

The sensor offers excellent repeatability and stability across a wide temperature range.

A rugged stainless steel body and spring-loaded plunger with domed end ensure durability and long service life.

The unit installs easily with a long 1/2-inch UNF mounting thread and includes two lock nuts for positioning.

The sensor features IP67 sealing and operates with galvanically isolated amplifiers such as the Positek G005 supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs.
