The intrinsically safe G101 is CSA approved for use in explosive gas and vapour environments. It is designed for industrial and scientific feedback applications in hazardous areas.

The compact sensor provides a linear output proportional to displacement and is calibrated to travel ranges from 0–5 mm to 0–800 mm with integrated EMC protection.

The stainless steel body and push rod ensure durability and stable performance across a wide temperature range.

Mounting options include M5 rod eye bearings and body clamps with push rod configurations such as free or captive with M5 thread, rod eye, or dome end.

The G101 operates with Positek G005 galvanically isolated amplifiers supporting 0.5–9.5V or 4–20mA outputs, with IP65/IP67 sealing and cable lengths up to 1 km.
